Work begins only after the initial payment is received and confirmed.
For subscription-based services, all renewals are processed at the beginning of each month.
If a client purchases an annual subscription on any date within a month, the subscription term will still align with the monthly cycle and will be considered active from the 1st of that month. Renewal and billing cycles will continue from the first day of each month going forward.
This ensures consistent billing cycles and simplifies subscription management for all clients.
We provide 14 days of free post-delivery support, which includes bug fixes and minor adjustments related to the original project scope.
After this period, we offer premium support plans on an annual basis, which include maintenance, updates, and ongoing technical assistance.
We respect client privacy and maintain full confidentiality of all client data, including login credentials, project details, and sensitive business information. We do not share or misuse any client information under any circumstances.
We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio section on our website for demonstration and marketing purposes. However, if a client requests removal or prefers not to display their project, we will immediately remove it from our portfolio without question.
For custom Laravel projects, we typically include the source code cost in the overall project quotation.
If any third-party source code, licensed packages, or paid components are not included in the project cost, we will clearly mention these separately in the project documentation, proposal, or invoice before development begins. This ensures full transparency regarding ownership, licensing, and additional costs.
